We are a successful industrial rental and service company in search of a Sales Representative in Melbourne and the outlying areas. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to hustle, close deals, and build lasting connections with customers. As we continue to scale our business, we need a Sales Representative who will put in the time, effort, and commitment to generate new business.

This role is not outside sales alone. This role will require you to get your hands dirty from time to time some travel interstate and overseas.

This is a small operation in Melbourne and we are looking for the right person to help us grow business in this area.

Serve as an expert and advocate for our brand.

Represent our company with professionalism and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Expand our existing customer base.

Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from us.

Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.

Develop or modify sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of proven outside sales experience.

Valid driver’s license.

Heavy equipment rental industry experience or related experience is preferred.

Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to work 8 am – 5pm, some evenings and weekends depending on business needs.
