About the Role
We’re currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role managing a well-established territory across the ACT
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for servicing existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will ideally be located in Canberra or Goulburn and the role may also involve travel to industry events, trade shows, and occasional weekend activities.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote the Gulf Western Oil product range to trade customer.
Grow our customer base in the workshop, and retail sectors.
Build strong, relationships with clients to identify growth opportunities.
Deliver proposals that align with customer needs.
Maintain accurate records through daily call reports.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in field territory sales, preferably within the oil and lubricants industry
Proven track record in account management
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
Excellent communication
Strong attention to detail and data integrity
