About the Role
The Senior Asset Management Officer will support the effective management of the Department’s asset portfolio by maintaining accurate and timely asset and property information. Provide consultative advice and support with a strong focus on stakeholder needs and continuous system improvement. Lead or contribute to data-driven and built environment projects that enhance business unit operations and address stakeholder requirements.
Period of Appointment
Ongoing - ASAP Start Date
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight
73.5 hours per fortnight
Essential Requirements
- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
Desirable Requirements
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline or significant experience in property and asset management.
- Current Driver’s License (Passenger Class)
