What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide advanced Level 3 support for a wide range of technologies across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure

Lead and deliver IT projects—including migrations, deployments, upgrades, and integrations

Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Act as an escalation point for critical issues and major incidents

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

Contribute to process improvement and documentation

Work closely with leadership to shape your own career development into a managerial or technical leadership role

About You:

5+ years of IT experience, including strong exposure to Level 2/3 support

Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and backup solutions

Project implementation experience in SME or MSP environments highly desirable

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

A natural problem solver with a proactive mindset

Ready and eager to grow into a leadership role
