About the Role

BBB Remote Site Services are seeking to appoint an experienced Manager to manage the overall provision of Services at our remote camps.

Based in Maddington Perth, the role is to ensure high quality provision of meals, cleaning, maintenance, onsite camp management, bookings and check-in/check-out procedures.

Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you will have the autonomy and support to manage your portfolio of camps whilst also having a direct contribution to the current & future growth of our business. Additionally, this role will:

Ensure appropriate staffing is provided and maintained at BBB managed camps

Promote a safe working place with a focus on employee health & wellbeing

Identify & implement opportunities for growth & development

Maintain a high level of Customer and Staff satisfaction

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a background in the Remote Site Environment and/or outstanding, demonstrable outcomes in management of accommodation, food and housekeeping services in regional areas. A passion to deliver quality camp services and promote a happy camp environment is essential. Ideally the appointee would have qualifications in commercial cookery, an understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines, sound computing and administration skills. Additional attributes we are looking for include:

Flexibility to travel to and stay at camps

Personnel Management experience (including recruitment, training and development, site inductions and contracts)

Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office

Personable and can build professional relationships

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated with a positive “Can Do Attitude”.
