This role will take part in comprehensive property leasing and financial analysis, including valuation processes both capitalisation and DCF methods, and collaborate closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Operations Managers.

The role involves preparing key property metrics, managing leasing transactions, and providing detailed commentary on performance variances.

Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and strategic asset plans, as well as managing leasing fees and driving process improvements to support business growth.

My client is broadly interested in candidates with 2-5 years relevant experience in a comparable real estate role, or a mix or a mix of experience in valuations, leasing analysis and/or budgeting and forecasting
