As an Analyst, working within this high-performing team, you will report to the Manager and work to deliver valuable and insightful analysis to enhance decision making.

You duties will involve, however not be limited to;

• Sensitivity analysis and financial modelling, feasibility modelling and consideration of risks and opportunities.
• Deliver budget and forecast inputs
• Provide value-add and commercially focussed customer service to key stakeholders
• Creating and presenting presentations on analysis and suggestions
• Identify financial and commercial solutions to queries
• Support internal teams with strategic analysis
• Proactively review current processes seeking improvement
• Adhoc duties as required

You will be Degree qualified in either finance, business, or valuations. You will have 1-3 years in an analytical role, with proven excel and modelling capability. You will have outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal and have a strong passion for the property sector.
