The Role

Working within our small tight knit accounting team at Head Office, this position will report to the Investment Manager. Your role as an Investment Analyst will be broad and varied. This position is ideal for an ambitious, experienced professional who seeks to join a growing company with more possibilities. Some of the main responsibilities will include:

• Initial analysis of new site acquisition (Training will be provided if no development background)

• Project due diligence

• Develop financial models for site acquisition and development feasibility analysis

• Prepare project cash flow, monitor project budget and costs to ensure financial viability

• Conduct investor return calculation, prepare investment report and investor presentations

• Funds structure establishment

• Update project report based on the project progress

• Help investors to fill the form, update and communicate with investors

• 1 year experience preferred
