This is a fantastic opportunity for a top-tier lawyer looking to enjoy a more flexible, challenging boutique role where they can have fantastic exposure to blue chip clients. It would also suit a high performing, suburban property lawyer with experience across a broad range of matters supporting boutique developers who is looking to step up into a role with one of Sydney's highest regarded practices.

This role will take on a wide range of property advisory matters and support a high performing partner with their Blue Chip client base. You will work across a range of matters including property transactions, leasing, and option drafting which will all span commercial, boutique residential development, industrial and other property matters. This is a busy and diverse practice that will offer an ambitious and driven young lawyer the opportunity to grow and develop within this fantastic boutique practice.

Your success in this role will be driven by your breadth of experience and desire to work in a supportive, high performing team environment. You will work with highly qualified, high performing professionals and play a key role in the delivery of a range of services across their property team. Experience working with boutique developers, drafting leases, and working with options is the bedrock of your success, however, training and development will be provided for the right candidate.
