About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of activities and programs across all Community Hubs and relevant community facilities, including the Springvale Community Hub and new Keysborough Community Hub, due to open in September 2025.
An exciting opportunity is currently available to join the dedicated Experiences and Partnerships Team, which sits within the Creative and Engaged City department. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of activities and programs across all Community Hubs and relevant community facilities. The role is focused on fostering capacity and inclusion, enhancing the health and wellbeing of the community by:
· Supporting and stimulating greater use of community hubs by building relationships with external partners and hirers.
· Assisting in delivering activities that align with the Hubs' Strategic and Action Plans.
· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support and deliver innovative programming that supports the growth and engagement of the community.
About You
The successful applicant will have excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated experience in delivering community development activities, community capacity building and community engagement.

You may be required to undertake practical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functional capacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.
The successful candidate will be asked to produce a clear Working with Children Check and will be asked to consent to a national police check (and where relevant an 'international criminal history check'), subject to the operation of spent conviction laws.
