We’re seeking a proactive HR or People & Culture Coordinator to support a globally recognised creative tech company through a 3-month contract (with extension potential).

You’ll provide end-to-end coordination across HR ops, cultural initiatives, WHS, and global mobility, supporting a fast-moving and people-first team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate logistics for HR programs, events, and cultural initiatives
• Assist with WHS operations, including workers' comp admin and committee actions
• Support global mobility tasks - maintain visa trackers, collect documentation, and communicate timelines with employees and stakeholders
• Respond to ad-hoc employee requests (e.g. reference letters, payslip queries, service documentation)
• Collaborate with HR Managers on compliance and employee relations administration

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in HR coordination or people operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across documentation and systems
• Familiarity with WHS or immigration/global mobility processes a plus
• Confident using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and managing shared folder structures
