HR Coordinator|Kings Park|

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to step into a fast-paced, supportive environment? We are partnering with a global leader in manufacturing to recruit a confident HR Coordinator for a temporary assignment based in Kings Park.

About the Role:
This position will see you supporting a collaborative HR team during a period of high workload. Your day will be varied and hands-on, requiring excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS
• Prepare contracts, letters, and employment documentation
• Support performance review activities and reporting requirements
• Respond to general HR enquiries from employees and managers

About You:

• Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Officer role
• Confident using HR systems and MS Office
• High level of accuracy and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
