We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Executive – Growth & Acquisition to join our team on a 6-12-month contract. This is a high-impact role designed to support a major campaign period and drive new customer acquisition. Based in Brisbane, this role will suit someone who thrives on building strong relationships, is motivated by results, and is comfortable travelling as needed to support growth across QLD and NSW. For the right person, there is genuine potential for a longer-term role as our team evolves.
Purpose of the Role
Accelerate new customer acquisition by identifying and converting opportunities in the childcare sector
Build a strong sales pipeline across both independent centres and group operators
Deliver tailored food solutions that meet the unique needs of each centre
Represent The Wellbeing Food Co as a reliable, purpose-led partner
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, and campaign support
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, including presentations and tastings
Travel as required to support customer meetings, events, and sales activity across QLD and NSW
Maintain clear and up-to-date pipeline visibility through our CRM
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers
Represent our brand at industry events and within the sector as a trusted provider
What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in B2B sales or account acquisition (FMCG, foodservice, or education sector preferred)
Proven ability to build a pipeline and convert leads into committed customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to build rapport quickly and tailor your pitch
Highly organised, motivated, and confident working both independently and as part of a team
Brisbane-based, with flexibility to travel across regions when required
Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a structured sales process
