About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

Drive sales, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience.

Generate new car enquiries, set appointments, and follow up on leads.

Build and maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and generate new leads.

Overcome customer objections and establish strong client relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve volume and profit objectives.

Stay up to date with product features and benefits.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.

Previous experience in sales. Automotive sales is preferred but not essential as full training provided.

A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to achieving targets.

A passion for the automotive industry and excellent negotiation skills.

Superior people and communication skills, both verbal and written.

A strong understanding of the automotive sales process.

High energy and a customer-first mindset.

Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

A hard-working attitude coupled with a sense of fun.
