We’re looking for a confident and motivated Personal Assistant with strong sales and client service skills, along with a passion for property investment. This is a contractor role with a $30/hour base rate plus generous performance bonuses of $1,000 per converted sale (KPI- 1-4 Sales per month)

We’re a property investment consultancy with over 14 years of industry experience helping everyday Australians build wealth through smart property investments. With a client base of over 500 clients, we guide them through an industry-leading process, from strategy to purchase, construction, and rental.

You will:

Call 10–20 clients per day to schedule property reviews and consultations

Handle objections, build rapport, and create urgency to book qualified appointments

Manage the Director’s calendar and email inbox

Support clients during the investment, build, and rental process

Organise documentation and follow-up admin as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years experience in sales, real estate, or executive assistant roles

Sales-driven personality with confidence on the phone

Strong objection handling and persuasion skills

Passion for helping people invest and grow wealth through property

Highly organised with strong time and task management

Comfortable working autonomously with clear weekly goals

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Calendar management)

Contractor Position Details:

Base Pay: $30/hour (20 hours/week to start)

Bonus: $1,000 per converted sale (booked through your appointments)

Work Model: Remote (work-from-home), flexible schedule

Must have a computer and high-speed internet, and quiet home office setup

Must have a valid ABN or ability to obtain one

Weekly Earning Potential (Based on 20 hrs/week):

1 Sale/week: $600 base + $1,000 bonus = $1,600/week → $83,200/year

2 Sales/week: $600 base + $2,000 bonus = $2,600/week → $135,200/year

Ideal Background:
