About the role

Are you passionate about cars and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our fast-paced, dynamic sales team!

As a New Vehicle Sales Executive at Ian Weigh Toyota, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales of new vehicles. This is a full-time role based in Rockhampton, you will work closely with the wider sales team to meet and exceed your sales targets.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations
• Demonstrating vehicle features and negotiating sales to secure new vehicle orders
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's vehicle range, pricing and promotions
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Accurately processing sales paperwork and following up on customer enquiries
• Actively contributing to the development of the sales team and business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A current driver's licence
