This role is ideal for a youthful, driven individual who’s either early on in their sales career or hasn’t started yet.
RECRUITMENT = SALES. You might not realise it yet, but recruitment is as raw as sales can get – building relationships, pitching, and selling PEOPLE to our clients, not just products or services. You’ll be selling to and building relationships with executive professionals who sell themselves, which makes your job a lot easier – as long as you're prepared to put in the hard work. (Yes, you’ll be picking up the phone… a lot. If that scares you, this role isn’t for you.)
The LESS experience you have in sales, the better – we provide a comprehensive training program and offer one-on-one coaching from one of Australia’s most experienced Executive Coaches, Jason Allender, who’s trained hundreds of sales & recruitment professionals. You’ll also be mentored by our Founder, Adam Beverley, and led by one of our Principal Consultants, selected based on your personality fit.
This is an onsite role only, based in our Robina Office.

The Role
As an Executive Consultant, you’ll be the engine room of our business – learning how to identify, attract, and connect top talent with growing companies.
Day-to-Day Includes:
Making outbound calls to C-suite decision-makers and executive talent
Qualifying and screening the skills of sales and leadership professionals across Australia via phone and video calls
Pitching job-ready candidates from our exclusive database
Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and seeing your matchmaking skills lead to life-changing success for everyone involved
Assisting with handovers to senior team members for placement
Tracking progress using AI-powered sales and recruitment tools

Requirements
Must be based near or able to work from our Gold Coast office (Robina)
Basic tech literacy – Google Workspace, LinkedIn, email, etc.
No prior recruitment or sales experience required – just the right mindset
Open to Youthful candidates looking to kickstart their sales / recruitment career
