We’re on the lookout for an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse with 5+ years experience, who is looking for potential career progression into clinical management.

With the upcoming retirement of some of our key clinical managers, there is opportunity for progression for the right candidate. Potential future opportunities may include Clinical Care Coordinating, Care Management or AN-ACC coordinating. Higher Clinical management roles start at $63.43 p/h and range to $82.65 p/h as per our Cooinda Enterprise Agreement.

Part Time - $2,000

Full Time - $5,000

Retention Bonus Part Time (65hrs+) and Full Time

After 6 months - $2,000

You will need:

Solid understanding of Aged Care

5+ years Aged Care experience (can be a mix of PC/EN/RN during that time)

Current valid AHPRA registration

Full Australian working rights

No mandatory vaccination required, only highly encouraged

An ability to demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing the highest standard of care to residents

Excellent communication skills

Excellent management skills
