About the Role
As a Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the clinical care team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary care team
• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational activities
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Aged Care General Manager to meet the expectations of the New Aged Care Act
• Manage staffing, training, and development initiatives
• Oversee budgeting, resource management, and financial sustainability
• Drive continuous improvement, service delivery, and resident satisfaction
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Implement and monitor quality assurance and risk management practices

About You:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Care Manager or senior leadership role in aged care or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of aged care compliance, accreditation and clinical governance
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience managing budgets and resources
• Passion for continuous improvement and person-centred care
• Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Aged Care Management
• Current police check and full Australian working rights
