Clinical Manager - Aged Care

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical care team at a beautiful, modern aged care facility located in Penrith.

In this leadership role, you will work alongside another experienced Clinical Manager and oversee the clinical care in a 128-bed aged care facility. You will be supported by a highly experienced management team, including Facility Manager, Clinical Coordinators, RNs and onsite Quality & Compliance team.

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, ideally with prior experience in a Clinical Manager role
• Ability to inspire and mentor a large clinical team
• Strong knowledge of ACQS, with experience leading a clinical team through the accreditation process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
