Elite Pool Covers, a leading provider of high-quality pool covers, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for accuracy.

About the Role:

As our Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing accounts payable and receivable

Managing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate payments

Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS)

Generating cash flow reports and other financial analyses

Reconciling bank statements

Maintaining accurate financial records

Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes

Other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

Proven experience in a similar accounting administration role

Highly preferred: Previous experience with Pronto Xi accounting software

Solid understanding of payroll processing, BAS preparation, and cash flow reporting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
