About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of our projects by managing the procurement, transport, and coordination of equipment, materials, and personnel. You will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly — particularly across remote coastal and offshore sites in WA and the NT, where logistical planning is critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for remote-site projects, including lighthouse maintenance programs

Schedule and track the transport of equipment, materials, and staff across WA and NT

Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Maintain inventory levels and procurement registers

Assist with packing and manifesting equipment for road, marine or air transport

Support emergency response and reactive maintenance deployments

About You

Proven experience in logistics and transport coordination

Strong organisational skills with a calm, proactive approach

Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of WA/NT transport networks, marine or aviation freight is a bonus
