The Coopers Alehouse Hotel in Wallaroo, South Australia is looking for a skilled Sous Chef - We are under new ownership and looking for a Sous Chef with restaurant or quality pub experience to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for a Chef who can consistently produce high quality meals in a fast paced, busy kitchen environment. An understanding of safe food handing and personal hygiene is an essential part of this role, and you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or a relevant Diploma qualification and more than 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Running a busy kitchen service
Preparing for service, ensuring the kitchen is well stocked
Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
Ensuring all dishes that leave the kitchen meet the Executive Chef's standards
Training Junior Chef's
Compliance with health and safety codes
