About the role:
High Velocity Technologies (HVT) are currently seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to become part of the dynamic team at their Maddington workshop.
Accountabilities for the role:
Manage the day-to-day administrative operational requirements.
Produce weekly WIP reports for clients.
Book in new jobs and close out completed jobs.
Invoicing completed jobs.
Scheduling jobs for the workshop.
Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met.
Assist with QA management.
Purchasing workshop consumables.
