About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Scheduler/Operations Assistant to join our team at A2B Removals' in our Wangara, WA 6065 location. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and operations of our removal services, ensuring our customers receive a seamless and efficient experience.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and schedule removal jobs, liaising with customers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Respond to customer enquiries and manage bookings, changes and cancellations in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with inventory management, tracking and reporting on equipment and vehicle usage
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a scheduling, logistics or customer service role, preferably within the transport or removals industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
