Operations Coordinator - Full Time Position

This role will require the successful candidate to apply critical thinking and prioritise tasks to achieve success in the position.

Snapshot of the role:

- Supports the Operations Manager in meeting opportunity deadlines, budgets and safety requirements.
- Works closely with venue and touring production managers, generating prompt quotes and maintaining strong relationships.
- Schedule staffing resources, plus identify and allocate equipment required on an ad-hoc basis.
- Ensure that staff in venues have the critical data on-time, so they too have the best opportunity for success.
- Assists the Operations Manager to keep our operational systems, risk registers and training records up‑to‑date
- Responds promptly to Venue Managers, Venue Booking Team or Site Contacts.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 5+ years’ live‑events or venue operations experience.
- Holds a WA C‑class driver’s licence and a White Card.
- Manages priorities calmly, solves problems discreetly and backs their decision making.
- Communicates clearly in writing and in person, with a high focus on stakeholder management.
- Understands the importance of managing both administration and operational tasks in according to their priorities.
- Acts with integrity, leads with professionalism and builds rapport with both clients and staff members.
