What You'll Be Doing:

Assess and estimate residential and light commercial insurance repairs

Prepare detailed, accurate scopes and pricing in line with insurer expectations

Liaise with clients, adjusters, and internal project teams

Review trade reports, photos, and supporting documentation

Ensure timely and professional submission of estimates

Support job handover to project managers and site teams

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as an Insurance Assessor

Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and standards

Familiarity with scoping tools (e.g., Buildxact, ScopeLogic, similar)

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Clear communication and confidence in dealing with stakeholders

Knowledge of building codes and current construction pricing
