To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:

• Strong hands-on technical design and development experience within Salesforce Service cloud and experience cloud;
• Development experience on Lightning platform / Visual force & LWC;
• Experience with Apex components code development;
• Background in development using front end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular;
• Experience with Custom LWC or Aura components for user interfaces;
• Having experience with Oracle Database and/or MuleSoft integration is advantageous but not essential;

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives while following industry best practices. The candidate will also provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and integrations.

In this position, the candidate will contribute significantly to the development of a digital solution supporting the SIRA Regulatory Framework. This framework governs and standardizes insurance practices across NSW Workers Compensation, Home Building Insurance, and Compulsory Third-Party (CTP) Insurance.

Its core aim is to uphold industry standards of integrity, professionalism, and accountability while ensuring public safety and welfare. The framework encompasses key regulatory components such as licensing, training, supervision, complaint handling, auditing, and enforcement activities.
