About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Purchasing and Logistics Officer to oversee procurement of building materials, scheduling, inventory control, and dispatch logistics. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and services across our production and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of building materials, components, and services.

Negotiate supplier terms and maintain accurate pricing/specification records.

Schedule inbound material deliveries to meet production requirements

Oversee inventory levels and optimise control systems.

Assist in the procurement of sub-contract labour.

Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates.

Coordinate outbound logistics to meet site delivery requirements.

Report and address service delivery issues and escalate when necessary.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

High attention to detail and ethical approach to work.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and resolve issues efficiently.
