We are now seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support our international operations across multiple markets.
The Role
As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator at Vuly, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stock planning, importing, and logistics processes run efficiently across our global markets. You will liaise directly with manufacturers, customs brokers, and freight partners to make sure our inventory is where it needs to be; on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Global Stock Coordination:
Manage stock ordering across all international markets, ensuring optimal inventory levels based on forecasting, sales trends, and lead times.
Import & Logistics Management:
Oversee and coordinate international shipments, including booking freight, preparing commercial documentation, and managing import timelines and compliance.
Broker & Customs Liaison:
Work closely with customs brokers and clearance agents to ensure smooth importation processes, accurate tariff applications, and timely customs clearance in each destination country.
Supplier Communication:
Maintain regular contact with overseas manufacturers and freight providers to track production and shipment progress.
Inventory Accuracy:
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Warehousing, Finance) to maintain up-to-date data on stock levels and availability across all regions.
Cost Monitoring & Optimization:
Track freight and customs costs, negotiate competitive rates, and look for opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export coordination.
Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Excel and supply chain/ERP systems.
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
Experience working with customs brokers and international suppliers preferred.
Experience with MYOB advanced highly desirable
