With work spanning high-spec commercial buildings, multi-residential developments, education, and civic infrastructure, they consistently deliver projects between $10M and $60M. These aren’t quick-turn, vanilla builds — they are complex, detailed projects that require experienced site leadership.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing site operations from early works through to completion. You will coordinate trades, maintain program and safety standards, and work closely with an experienced Project Manager and CA team who value communication and structure. This isn’t a top-down environment — you’ll be trusted, supported, and given space to lead.

You will be stepping into a role with real scope. The pipeline is strong, and the business is committed to backing its people — with a focus on delivering great buildings, not burning out its teams.

The Like Mind

We are looking for someone with proven Site Management experience on commercial or mixed-use projects ideally $5M+. You’ll be confident managing programs, subcontractors, and logistics, with a safety-first mindset and a calm, solutions-driven approach. You care about the build, and you know how to lead a team to deliver quality outcomes.
