The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is pleased to be partnering with a renowned builder in SA to find an experienced Site Manager. This builder has built a reputation for delivering distinctive projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. They partner with leading developers and consultants, maintaining strong relationships across the industry.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for on-site delivery. You will coordinate and lead teams to ensure every stage of the build is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing daily site operations from groundworks to handover
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Managing construction programs, short-term lookaheads, and daily targets
• Upholding WHS, quality, and environmental compliance across all activities
• Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
• Troubleshooting issues, managing site logistics, and ensuring timely delivery
• Representing the business with professionalism and clear communication

This is a delivery-focused role, suited to someone who understands the delivery of projects ranging from of $10M–$30M.

About You

You are a proven Site Manager with experience delivering commercial projects valued at $10M+.

You bring:

• Strong leadership skills and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
• A proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and site resources effectively
• Excellent understanding of WHS and current building codes and regulations
• Solid construction methodology knowledge — trade or construction management background welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with all site stakeholders
• The ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly, without compromising quality or safety
