A long-established and highly regarded South Australian builder is seeking experienced Site Managers to lead the delivery of upcoming commercial projects valued up to $5 million.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and long-standing relationships across the commercial, industrial and retail sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that values quality, people, and long-term career development.

You will be assigned to a project in outer metropolitan Adelaide, ideal for those seeking to work closer to home or take the next step in their career. Upon successful completion of your project, you will continue contributing to a strong pipeline of ongoing work across metropolitan
Adelaide.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Project Directors, you will take full control of your assigned site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery.

You will:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee WHS compliance and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Drive the construction program to meet key project milestones
• Solve issues on-site and maintain build quality
• Keep clear communication flowing between stakeholders
• Uphold a productive and respectful site culture
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance
• Support your team where needed and lead from the front

The Like Mind

You’re an experienced site leader with a trade background and 2–6 years working on commercial or industrial projects valued at $3M–$5M. You bring a strong work ethic, a practical mindset, and the ability to see a job through to successful delivery.
