The Role

• Manage day-to-day site delivery—budget, schedule, safety
• Implement and monitor quality management systems on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, OH&S standards
• Maintain client/stakeholder communication
• Report site progress and KPIs to management

The Criteria

• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction or Building
• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Strong communication, leadership and organisation skills
• Proven safety and quality assurance focus
• Experience managing subcontractors and working to a tight program
• Australian permanent residency required
