Are you an experienced or up-and-coming Site Manager ready to take the next step in your construction career? Join a progressive and well-established South Australian builder delivering high-quality low-rise apartments, medium-density residential developments, boutique commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across Adelaide.

You will lead multiple projects valued between $5 million and $30 million, working across a diverse portfolio that offers both challenge and variety. Be apart of a dynamic, collaborative team with a strong project pipeline, supportive leadership, and long-term stability. You will receive full mentorship from experienced Project Managers, with clear pathways to senior leadership roles.

The Role

• Lead and manage all on-site activities ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth project delivery
• Drive and uphold safety standards consistently across all sites
• Collaborate closely with project management teams, providing regular progress updates and addressing challenges proactively
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the company’s reputation for excellence

About You

You have proven experience managing projects from $10M to $30M. You lead with a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and have a focus on quality. Skilled in site coordination, subcontractor management, and promoting safety, you communicate well with teams and stakeholders. You’re proactive, eager to grow, and ready to build a long-term career with a leading South Australian builder.
