The Gaming System Replacement (GSR) Project is a key strategic initiative to replace Lotterywest’s existing gaming platforms and associated services.
This is a large scale, multi-year program of work that will drive significant change across people, processes and technology.
About this role:
Reporting to the Senior Deployment and Implementation Lead, the GSR Technology Infrastructure Stream Lead is responsible for leading, managing and facilitating the delivery and acceptance of robust, reliable, scalable and secure Gaming infrastructure that aligns with project and business objectives. In addition, the role leads a team, develops and maintains vendor relationships, monitors KPIs for infrastructure and vendor performance, and provides expert advice and reports to senior leadership.

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex technical infrastructure environments, underpinned by deep technical knowledge and practical application of ITIL frameworks.
Highly level experience in vendor management within a managed services environment.
Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a straightforward and understandable manner.
