Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.
Lotterywest is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government department dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years, Healthway has funded projects and research to inspire Western Australians to live healthier lives.
The Gaming System Replacement (GSR) Project is a key strategic initiative to replace Lotterywest’s existing gaming platforms and associated services. This is a large scale, multi-year program of work that will drive significant change across people, processes and technology.

Key Focus Areas
Reporting to the Director Business Readiness, the Change Lead drives the people side of GSR’s business readiness strategy in preparation for the implementation of a new gaming system. The role shapes and delivers the GSR Change Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with Lotterywest’s broader change approach. They lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness activities to drive successful change adoption and minimise disruption. This role also leads and manages a dedicated team.

What we're looking for, you:
Significant experience leading organisational change on large scale technology, transformation or improvement programs, with proven ability to deliver results in an organisational environment of flux.
Relevant certification in Change Management or Engagement such as Prosci or similar with considerable expertise in applying a range of change management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
Proven capability in shaping and executing change strategies, including the development and delivery of change management plans, with the agility to adapt approaches to meet evolving project needs.
Proven ability to design and test methods of change management uplift in live environments through strong analysis and engagement skills.
High level experience leading and managing teams and a proven record of fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build a coalition of support by influencing others to engage with the vision of the project and advocate for the change.
