About the role

Join The Behrakis Group as the Operations and Business Development Manager. In this full-time role for Ziggy's Supreme Smallgoods in Moonah, you will play a key part in driving the operational excellence and growth of our meat manufacturing business. Working closely with the team, you will be responsible for optimising our processes and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and optimise all operational functions, including inventory management, supply chain, logistics, and customer service

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs

Analyse business performance data to inform strategic decision-making

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's customer base and market share

Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to build valuable relationships and explore new opportunities

Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the operations team

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a similar operations and business development rolewithin the food industry

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions

Strong project management and process improvement capabilities

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business growth strategies

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skill
