We are offering a permanent full time construction scheduling position. Based in Parkwood on the Gold Coast, our office is in a great central location with plenty of parking and walking distance to the light rail station.

Responsibilities

The role will be daily scheduling and assisting the pre construction manager with some administrative tasks such as task management and compliance, liaising direct with our valued clients and installers, and providing the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications

Construction administration and scheduling experience is necessary, knowledge and experience in pre construction termite management will be viewed favorably. You will require a strong administrative background to ensure you can be successful in this role.

You must be able to touch type, have a scheduling background, have database management experience, knowledge and understanding of compliance certificates, be able to read plans and be able to work autonomously. Experience with Formitize would be an advantage. You must have a high level of confidence and the determination to complete tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. This is not an entry level role.
