About the Role:

As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in the smooth delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for scheduling roofing jobs, liaising with clients and installers, and ordering the required materials to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule roofing jobs across various sites.

Liaise with clients, installers, and suppliers to confirm job timelines and delivery schedules.

Order metal roofing and associated materials to align with project requirements.

Manage job progress and adjust schedules as needed.

Ensure smooth communication between all parties to minimise downtime and delays.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedules, orders, and job details.

About You:

Previous experience in scheduling, construction coordination, or similar roles preferred.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.

Experience with metal roofing or construction materials is an advantage but not essential.

Experience with Simpro, Roof Wizard, and Microsoft Office is highly regarded, but not essential.
