We’re searching for a high-impact Senior Implementation & Payroll Specialist to lead client success at the intersection of payroll expertise and platform excellence. In this role, you’ll take the reins on end-to-end implementations, using your experience with Employment Hero/KeyPay to craft solutions that are compliant, scalable, and aligned with each client's operational reality. Your mission is clear: drive payroll outcomes that are efficient, compliant, and deeply client-centric.

What You’ll Do
Own and deliver full-cycle payroll implementations for Australian clients using Employment Hero
Interpret Awards, EBAs and employment terms with accuracy and confidence
Support payroll processing as required, including reconciliation and reporting
Provide guidance across all payroll matters to internal teams and clients
Maintain audit-ready records and contribute to continual process improvement
Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and industry best practice
Build enduring client relationships with clear, proactive communication
Mentor junior team members and support collaborative delivery
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll delivery, ideally in a client-facing or SaaS context
Deep hands-on experience with Employment Hero/KeyPay
Expertise in AU/NZ payroll legislation, industrial instrument interpretation, and compliance
A sharp eye for detail, with a mindset for continuous improvement and scalable solutions
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing full ‘in-house’ payroll and HRIS data integrity
A proactive, self-driven approach and a passion for delivering best-in-class outcomes
