We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to join our national sales team on a part time basis. With flexibility to fit in with your availability, but working around 25 - 30 hours a week, you will provide critical administrative, sales, and customer support and coordination to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As our Sales Coordinator, you will:

Conduct outbound calls for lead follow-up, business development, and customer engagement.

Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.

Chase up outstanding quotes and assist in the processing of sales orders.

Handle inbound customer enquiries and technical queries.

Support the onboarding of new customers and coordinate product training for retail and trade partners.

Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and manage sales and promotional calendars.

Provide administrative support to sales managers and organise meetings and events.

Maintain strong customer relationships and gather market intelligence.

Develop and maintain sales templates, spreadsheets and databases.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience in a similar sales support role, preferably with a technical, electrical, robotic, or mechanical product.

Experience and confidence in outbound calling and business development activities.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Drivers license and own vehicle.
