Leading ASX-listed Services company requires 2 x full-time Business Process Analysts for their offices in Melbourne and Brisbane.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will work on Process Mapping & Documentation to help lead the way in a large-scale business transformation project.

On a daily basis, you will:

• End-to-end process mapping and documentation across functions such as:
• Finance
• Workflow management
• Admin services
• Supply chain
• Asset management
• Engaging with SMEs and operational teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Applying Lean and continuous improvement principles to streamline business operations
• Supporting the rollout of scalable solutions that reduce cost, improve performance, and enhance employee satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in process mapping and documentation roles within complex environments
• Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – able to work across operational and leadership teams
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors will be highly regarded
• Work alongside passionate, experienced professionals focused on long-term business transformation
