Opportunity:
Business Development Manager: Due to growth, there is an opportunity for an additional salesperson to join the team and focus on securing new business for the VICTORIA region.
If you have B2B sales experience, preferably in the building industry, enjoy meeting new people, and excel at delivering results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Solution selling to c-suite decision makers for decarbonisation and energy efficiency solutions.
Build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
Stay informed of energy efficiency and sustainability innovations to pinpoint opportunities.
Work closely with the advisory team to deliver exceptional results for clients.
About You:
Proven B2B Sales Experience - A record of building revenue, closing deals, and meeting targets.
Outgoing Personality - Strong networking skills and confidence in establishing productive relationships.
Industry Knowledge - Familiarity with the strategic motivations behind sustainability initiatives, focusing on genuine ROI and measurable outcomes for commercial assets or understanding of the building services (mechanical, electrical, BMS) is essential.
Independent & Team-Oriented - Able to manage your own goals while collaborating with others to achieve common objectives.
