This company is a leading production business, exporting its products to over 50 countries. Based in South East Melbourne, they are looking for a Safety Manager to join them - up to $110k + super.

Your new role

As a Safety Manager, you will be leading a Safety Officer in the management of all things Occupational Health & Safety. Key tasks include compliance with legislation, codes of practice, risk assessments, hazard identification and more. You will also manage workers' compensation claims, insurers and return-to-work matters. As the lead in OH&S, you will be responsible for the education of safety responsibilities and the integration of safety into daily operations.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2-3 years of OH&S experience
• Ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels
• To be comfortable working 5-days on-site
