Now Hiring:

We’re currently seeking two experienced and hands-on professionals:

1. Project Coordinator

This is not a junior admin role—we’re after someone who thrives as the central link between site teams, clients, subcontractors, and directors.

💰 Salary Package: $80K – $100K + Super (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For

Laser-sharp attention to detail (a must!)

Construction industry experience

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Experience with Xero and strong communication skills

Must bring professionalism, ownership, and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational tasks across multiple sites

Support Directors and Site Managers with admin and scheduling

Manage documentation, contracts, and subcontractor compliance

Use Xero for cost tracking and invoicing

Flag potential issues early and keep projects moving smoothly

2. Site Manager / Foreman

You’ll lead the day-to-day operations on-site—managing trades, ensuring safety, and delivering quality projects on time and on budget.

💰 Salary Package: $100K – $130K + Super (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily site operations

Supervise and mentor trades and apprentices

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure OH&S compliance and report incidents promptly

Conduct quality checks and address defects immediately

A track record of delivering high-quality projects

A proactive and professional attitude

Foremen who excel will be considered for promotion to Project Manager
