Safety & Compliance Manager – Tyre Recycling Facility

With an existing facility in Vic, we’re looking to expand into QLD and NSW – and we’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader to drive our WHS and environmental compliance programs. You’ll be the go-to expert for risk management, regulatory engagement, and building a culture where safety is second nature.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading WHS, EPA, and CoR compliance across the sites and fleets

Managing audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Coaching teams and contractors on safe work practices

Advising senior leaders on compliance strategy and risk

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in safety leadership roles

Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation

A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
