About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 staff members, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety, and delivering outstanding service to our clients. You will play a key role in coordinating warehouse activities, tracking performance, and fostering strong customer and team relationships to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage billing activitise accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and team performance, ensuring operational targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to optimize productivity and processes.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and invoicing systems.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles is highly desirable.
