This National OEM equipment specialist has experienced significant growth. Although they are a small organization with only 10 employees, they operate with a high degree of professionalism and represent one of the largest OEMs globally. The equipment is sourced directly from the USA and Europe, and you will be the key driver for all product parts support within Australia. With several significant achievements in Australia, including partnerships with Tier 1 An Tier 2 contractors and major players in the market they have established a strong reputation for delivering high valued mobile recycling equipment successfully throughout APAC.

Job Opportunity –

In this role you will work with the Managing Director, National Sales Manager, Operations Manager and National Service Manager. The parts department is turning over just over 3 million. It’s starting to get busy, and we need a proven professional that has direct experience with mobile machinery. You will work to coordinate and drive support to customers whilst managing the delivery of equipment parts throughout Australia. This role is a bit of all-rounder, and we need someone that has multiple skills and can see the future to develop and grow the department.

Coordinate and oversee parts department and look at increasing growth avenues

Manage Inventory and parts shipments / Transport and Air Fright

Unload and load Trucks with forklift

Pick and pack Orders for customers

Stock Takes

Use specialist knowledge to interpret customer part requirements via phone or counter.

Diagnose and trouble Shoot Parts issues with Mining customers

Work and deal with key customers on parts issues.

Support the workshop and field service team with application parts support

Provide effective and efficient customer service and product advice.

Order parts from suppliers, preparing and processing documents such as parts requisition orders, invoices and inventory documents.

Set up merchandising displays.

Other duties as required.

Work with the Sales manager in providing customer support and aftermarket part sales and new business development.

Office Location – Beresfield NSW

Hours – 8:00am to 4:00pm

Candidate requirements –

5+ years in spare parts / interpreting

Trade qualified – This would helpful but not essential

Knowledge or experience with mobile Construction equipment

Proven experience using internal computer systems

Excellent communication and listing skills

Forklift License

Warehouse & Storeman experience

Based Locally

ON offer is a full salary package a base salary component of $70,000 to $80,000 + superannuation + on going training plus a salary review within the first 6 months and company events.
