About the role
We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Administrator to be part of our Digital Workplace Platform - Field Support team within the Technology and Communication Services Command. The Technical Support Administrator provides technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies with an emphasis on exceptional customer service, coordinating and guiding the activities of Technical Support staff responsible for the operational maintenance of the organisations ICT environment.
In this role, you will coordinate a highly mobile and technical field support team that provides hands-on support across the NSW Police Force. Support is delivered through a combination of remote tools and on-site visits to various police stations and associated facilities throughout NSW which will require a full drivers licence, ensuring responsive and effective service delivery.
This role involves overseeing the teams' delivery of technical support for a diverse range of technologies, platforms, and devices tailored to the operational needs of frontline police and corporate services using up to date ICT methodologies and framework to monitor and improve team performance and output.
